Soulis Pro
Soulis Pro · For founders

Nothing you promised slips again.

You run your business from your head, your chats, and your calendar. Things leak: the follow-up you forgot, the payment nobody chased, the promise that quietly died. Tell Soulis Pro what you promised and to whom. It keeps the ledger, briefs you each morning, closes your day each night, and chases what slips.

No card. No setup fee. No forms. If you can send a voice note, you can use it.

1Tap the orange button. It opens Telegram (free, two minutes to install if you do not have it). 2Press Start. Answer one question. 3Send one voice note about your day. Tomorrow, 7 AM: your first brief.

Your morning, sorted before your first coffee.

01 · The math

What stopping the leak is worth.

3 months

One ₹15,000 follow-up you did not let go cold pays for three months of Soulis Pro. One reactivated lead can pay for the year.

~93% less

The 30-minute morning untangle ("what was I supposed to do?") becomes a 2-minute brief.

14+ hrs

Back every month. 30 minutes a day of remembering, checking, and chasing, returned to real work.

₹96 /day

What all of that costs on the annual plan. Less than the chai and parking you bought today.

This is arithmetic, not a lab study. Your numbers depend on your deal sizes and how much currently slips. Most founders find one forgotten commitment in the first week of the trial; that is the point.

02 · Is this you?

Four founders, four leaks.

Find your problem. The fix is the same ten-second start.

03 · Your day

A day with Soulis Pro.

It lives on Telegram. You talk to it like a person, text or voice notes. It does the remembering.

7:00

Morning brief

What you committed to, what is due, what is overdue, who is waiting on you, and what is on your calendar. One message. Read it with your coffee.

All day

Tell it as you go, it keeps the ledger

"I told Ramesh I'll send the quote by Thursday." It asks once to confirm, then the promise is in your ledger with a date. Voice note it from the car. Forward it a thought. Nothing depends on your memory.

21:00

Evening wrap

Two minutes to close the day. What moved, what slipped, what carries to tomorrow. You end the day with a clear head instead of a vague weight.

Sunday

Weekly leak report

The week in one view: commitments kept and broken, money conversations that stalled, people you are about to drop. The stuff that costs you, found before it costs you.

04 · In plain words

What each thing actually does.

No jargon. Here is what you say, and what Soulis Pro does back. You talk to it like a person; the slash commands are just shortcuts.

The commitment ledger

Every promise you make, tracked: what you said, to whom, by when. It is the memory you keep losing.

Use it when you tell someone “I’ll send that by Friday” and you know you’ll forget.

You: told Rashmi I’ll send the proposal by Thursday Soulis: Logged. Proposal to Rashmi, due Thursday. I’ll surface it in your brief and chase you if it slips.

Morning brief

One message at 7 AM: what you owe today, what is overdue, who is waiting on you, and today’s meetings. Read it with your coffee.

Use it when you start the day not sure what is actually on fire.

Soulis (7 AM): 3 things due today. Proposal to Rashmi (overdue 1 day). Call Karthik back. Invoice to Meera. 1 meeting: demo at 4 PM.

Meeting prep (/prep)

Before you walk into a meeting, get who they are, your history with them, open loops, and what to raise. Walk in warm, never cold.

Use it when you have a call in ten minutes and can’t remember where you left off.

You: /prep Karthik Soulis: Karthik, dealer in Pune. Last spoke 3 weeks ago; he asked for pricing you haven’t sent. Open loop: the sample order. Raise: payment terms.

People you can’t drop (/poi)

The investor, mentor, or referral partner you must keep warm. Set a next-touch date; it tells you who is going cold before they do.

Use it when a relationship matters too much to leave to memory.

You: /poi due Soulis: 2 overdue. Suresh (investor): monthly update 6 days late. Deepa (sent you 2 clients): touch today.

Money pulse (/money)

A weekly check on what you are owed, what you owe, and the numbers you have been avoiding. Asked every Sunday, or any time you want.

Use it when cash feels foggy and you keep putting off the follow-up.

Soulis (Sunday): ₹1.4L still uncollected: Meera (45 days), Arjun (12 days). Want me to draft both follow-ups?

Decision log (/decisions)

What you decided, when, and why. So you stop re-deciding the same thing every month and second-guessing yourself.

Use it when you make a call you’ll want to remember the reasoning for.

You: decided to hold the price at ₹4,999, not discount for the Pune lead Soulis: Logged with your reason. I’ll resurface it in 30 days so you can check if it held up.

Add it to your calendar

Mention a meeting and Soulis hands you a one-tap link. Tap once and it is in your Google Calendar, at the right time. No setup, no login.

Use it when you agree a time on a call and don’t want to fumble with the calendar app.

You: put my call with Karthik on Thursday 4 PM on my calendar Soulis: Here’s your one-tap link. Tap to save “Call with Karthik”, Thu 4:00 PM. Done in one tap.

Weekly leak report

Every Sunday, the week in one view: promises kept and broken, money that stalled, people about to go cold. The leaks, found before they cost you.

Use it when you want to know what slipped this week without digging for it.

Soulis (Sunday): This week: 9 of 11 commitments kept. 2 slipped (Rashmi proposal, Meera invoice). 1 relationship going quiet: Suresh.
05 · The toolkit

One command away.

You never need these; talking works. But when you want something on demand, it is one slash away.

06 · Your language

Speak the way you actually speak.

Voice notes in your language, replies in your language. Respectful register included; it knows the difference between aap and tum, neenga and nee.

English हिन्दी தமிழ் తెలుగు ಕನ್ನಡ Hinglish Tanglish
07 · Zero setup

No setup. No forms. You talk, it remembers.

Tools like this usually start with an onboarding call, a form, and a setup fee. Soulis Pro starts with a conversation. Every commitment, person, decision, and number you mention goes into your ledger, and your briefs are built from it. Two weeks of normal use and the morning brief reads like it was written by someone inside your business.

Your data is yours. Stored on Supabase in Mumbai, used only to run the product. Never shared, never sold, never used to train any model. Deleted on request.

08 · Why this exists

Built by a founder whose own head was the leak.

Jothi Viknesh, founder of Soulis Pro

Jothi Viknesh. MSc Immunology, IISc. 15 years training teams at Dell, Intel, Infosys, TCS, Google and Biocon on consistency and burnout recovery. TEDx speaker. Author of Happiness is a Lie. World Record: 28,000 km solo across India in an electric auto-rickshaw.

"I did not build this for productivity. I built it because I kept dropping things I cared about."

Brain fog by 11 AM. Promises made with full sincerity and lost by Thursday. The follow-up I remembered at 2 AM and forgot again by 8. I have spent fifteen years teaching consistency to some of the biggest companies in the country, and my own mornings still started with "what was I supposed to do today?"

I did not want another app with boards, labels, and one more dashboard to feel guilty about. I wanted something that listens the way a person does and remembers the way a machine does. So I built it.

I run my own businesses on it every day. The brief at the top of this page is the same one I wake up to.

11 · Questions

Questions founders ask.

I am not good with technology. Can I use this?

If you can send a WhatsApp voice note, you can use Soulis Pro. There is no app to learn and no dashboard to open. You talk, it remembers, it reminds you. That is the whole skill.

How is this different from SoulisAI?

SoulisAI is a personal companion for the promises you make to yourself: health, habits, family. Soulis Pro is built for your work. It tracks commitments to clients, vendors and your team, preps your meetings, watches your money conversations, and reports what is leaking every week.

Is there really no setup fee?

Really. There is nothing to set up. It builds its memory of your business from your own messages and voice notes. White-glove onboarding exists only as an enterprise option for teams.

How does the trial work?

Seven days, full product, no card. Tap Start on @soulisprobot and answer one question. If it has not earned its place by day seven, walk away and your data is deleted on request.

Why Telegram?

It is already on your phone, supports voice notes natively, and stays out of your way. No new app to learn, no dashboard to remember to open.

Where is my data?

Supabase, hosted in Mumbai. Used only to run the product. Not shared, not sold, not used to train any model. Deleted on request.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, anytime, no questions asked.

The leak is running right now.

Somewhere in your chats is a promise you have already forgotten. Start the trial and find out what it is by tomorrow morning, 7 AM.

Start 7-day free trial

No card. No setup fee. ₹35,000 a year founding rate after the trial.
