By using SoulisAI you agree to the following. If you don't, please stop using the service.

1. What SoulisAI is

SoulisAI is an AI accountability companion. You can use it as a web app at soulisai.com/app (which you can install on your phone or laptop), or on Telegram (@soulisaibot). It is the same service and the same account across all of them. It is not a medical, therapeutic, financial, or legal service.

2. What SoulisAI is not

It is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, or trained mental health professional. It will not diagnose, treat, or counsel a crisis. If you are in crisis, reach out to iCall (9152987821) or a qualified professional immediately.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use the paid service. Don't share your account with anyone else.

4. Subscription & payments

• SoulisAI is a paid subscription: ₹699/month or ₹5,999/year, after a 7-day free trial. Full pricing is at soulisai.com/pricing.
• Payments and recurring auto-pay (UPI AutoPay or card mandate) are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.
• After your free trial, the plan renews automatically until you cancel. We will never charge you during the free trial.
• You can cancel anytime, in the app, with /cancel on Telegram, or by email. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep access until the period you paid for ends.

5. Refunds

Full refund within 30 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Write to hello@soulisai.com with your payment ID. After 30 days the current period is non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

• Don't use SoulisAI to plan harm to yourself or others.
• Don't try to extract source code, prompts, or training data.
• Don't share or resell access.

7. Your content

The promises, notes, voice notes, and reflections you share with Soulis belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to run the service for you, your morning brief, daily wrap, weekly summary, and your history. We do not claim ownership of your content, do not sell it, and do not use it to train AI models. The Soulis software, brand, and the format of its briefs, wraps, and cards remain ours.

8. Limitations and liability

SoulisAI uses AI and external APIs. It can be wrong. It can be delayed. It can be down for maintenance. It is a self-improvement companion, not medical, legal, or financial advice, and not a crisis service. Your reliance on it is your decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active members at least 14 days in advance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
